Sundays are dedicated to rest and relaxation.  This can consist of anything from reading research, watching a movie on a rainy day or food prepping!!  Here is a quick recipe in place of that mayo you put on your sandwich or use to make chicken salad.  This is a great way to increase healthy fats into your diet.












Ingredient list:

  •  2 Avocados
  • ½ Lime or Lemon
  • 1/4c Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Pinches of sea salt
  • 1 Pinch of Ground Chipotle Pepper (optional)
  • 5 Pieces of Cilantro; chopped

0907141537aPeel and de-pit the avocados. Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend until the desired consistency. You may have to stop periodically and shift around ingredients.

Feel free to leave out or substitute the chipotle pepper and cilantro. Add your own flare and make your avocado mayo FUN!
