Dr. William Kleber, DC, DABCI
Dr. Kleber received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at New York Chiropractic College in 1982. He also earned his Diplomate Degree from the American Board of Chiropractic Internists in 2000. He is one of two coordinators of the DABCI program, certified by the Council on Diagnosis and Internal Disorders. His interest in internal medicine began when he came to believe that his patients were suffering from more than just subluxations, but serious internal disorders continually exacerbating the subluxations. His desire to learn more about these issues stemmed from his dedication to improve not only the health of his patients, but the quality of their life, with natural medicine.
Dr. Brett Wisniewski, MS, DC, DABCI, DACBN
Dr. Brett Wisniewski was born and raised in New Jersey. He attended Monmouth University where he received a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology with concentrated studies in chemistry. He has always gravitated towards the study of the human body and natural health. Dr. Wisniewski moved his family to Florida to further his studies at Palmer College Chiropractic where he graduated Cum Laude, with a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. He then went on to study at the University of Florida where he completed his master's degree in molecular cell biology with a concentration in immunology. Dr. Brett also holds diplomates from the American Board of Chiropractic Internists (DABCI) and the American Board of Clinical Nutrition (DACBN). Dr. Brett is both an instructor and administrator for multiple DABCI programs across the country and holds a seat on the executive board for the American Board of Clinical Nutrition.
Dr. Katie Takacs, DC
Dr. Takacs is a graduate of Western Michigan University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences. From there, she attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange Florida. During her time spent there, Dr. Takacs completed her Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists (DABCI), as well as her Diplomate of the American Clinical Board of Nutrition (DACBN). She is currently board eligible for both diplomates.
Dr. Shaun Adams, DC, DABCI
Dr. Shaun Adams was born and raised in Pennsylvania. He attended Shippensburg University where he received a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Biology. In college, he decided he wanted to help people and changed his unhealthy lifestyle and lost 75 lbs. to be a role model for his future patients. Dr. Shaun moved to Florida to attend Palmer College Chiropractic where he graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. Dr. Shaun also holds diplomates from the American Board of Chiropractic Internists (DABCI). Dr. Shaun specializes in metabolic disorders, cardiac disorders, gut health, and sports medicine.
Meredith joined our team in July 2017 as the Lab manager/phlebotomist/MA, or better known by our patients as the Resident Vampire. She is a Colorado native and enjoys spending time outdoors with her three kids.
Shawna joined our team in October 2017 as the office manager. She is responsible for scheduling, billing, and general management of Gateway Natural Medicine. Her biggest role though is keeping the doctors in line. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and enjoying all that beautiful Colorado has to offer.
