Meet Your Massage Therapist

Sessions are provided by Alex Miller, LMT, a Colorado native with over a decade of experience helping patients recover from work-related injuries and chronic pain. Alex graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in 2010 and blends foundational massage techniques with trigger point work, scraping, cupping, and Hyperice vibration tools to help you move and feel better.

Muscle tension does not stay in one place. It builds from stress, old injuries, repetitive movement, and poor posture, and over time it can contribute to pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility. Massage and bodywork release that tension directly, improving circulation and helping your body recover and function better.

Our Approach

Massage works well on its own and even better as part of a broader plan. We often pair it with chiropractic care, acupuncture, or physical rehabilitation, but you do not need to be established in another treatment to book a session. Tell us what is bothering you, and we will tailor the pressure and technique to fit.
