Regenerative Medicine, Done the Way It Should Be

Your body has the ability to heal itself. Our job is to give it everything it needs to do that, in the right order, on the same day.

What Is Regenerative Medicine?

Regenerative medicine works with your body’s own repair systems instead of masking pain. At Gateway, that means three tools working together: PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), umbilical-derived allografts, and prolotherapy, each selected based on what your tissue actually needs. But the injection itself is only one piece. What happens before and after it is what makes the difference.

1

Stimulate

Before we inject anything, we prime the area. Myofascial therapy, acupuncture, and shockwave therapy increase blood flow and immune surveillance, waking up the tissue so it’s ready to respond.

2

Regenerate

With the area primed, we deliver the regenerative injection itself, PRP, an umbilical-derived allograft, or prolotherapy, chosen specifically for your injury and goals.

3

Recover & Reinforce

Immediately after injection, we follow up with deep tissue laser and HBOT to support the body’s recovery response and help lock in the benefits, all in the same visit.

Why This Approach Works

Every tool in our regenerative toolkit works the same way: by giving your body’s own repair systems the resources and signal they need to do their job. Instead of masking pain or working around damaged tissue, we’re triggering the biological processes your body already knows how to run, just more effectively, and in the right sequence. The modality we choose depends on what your tissue needs. Here’s a closer look at each one.

The Modalities

Each tool in our protocol plays a specific role. Here’s what each one does.

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)

Your own plasma, concentrated and reintroduced to trigger your body’s natural repair response.

Umbilical-Derived Allograft

Sourced from screened donor tissue rather than harvested from you, so there’s no separate collection procedure, less downtime, and more consistent, standardized processing from batch to batch.

Prolotherapy

Targeted injections that stimulate the body’s own repair of lax or damaged connective tissue.

Deep Tissue Laser

Stimulates cellular energy production to increase blood flow and accelerate healing.

Shockwave Therapy

Mechanical pulses that break up scar tissue and stimulate new blood vessel formation.

Myofascial Therapy

Hands-on work that releases tight connective tissue, increases blood flow, and primes the area before your regenerative injection.

Personalized Nutritional Protocol

Regenerative medicine works best when your body has the raw materials to rebuild. That’s why we don’t hand you a generic supplement list. We build your nutritional protocol from your own lab work, which may include mitochondrial support, hormone optimization, and targeted supplementation chosen specifically for what your bloodwork shows, not a one-size-fits-all packet handed to every patient who walks through the door.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a consultation first?

Yes. Every regenerative medicine plan starts with a consultation to make sure it is right for you and to screen for anything that would rule it out.

Who performs the procedures?

Our integrative practitioners perform PRP and umbilical-derived allograft procedures.

Is there downtime?

It depends on the injury and the area treated. Most people continue normal day-to-day activities, and we usually ask you to avoid intense physical activity for up to about a week.

Can it be combined with other therapies?

Often, yes. Depending on your goals, your plan may pair PRP or allograft with shockwave, deep tissue laser, HBOT and nutrition support.

How do I get started?

Call 970-532-2755 to schedule your consultation.

Ready to Find Out If Regenerative Medicine Is Right for You?

No two treatment plans here look the same. We start with an evaluation, review or request imaging, and your own lab work, then build a protocol around your tissue, your injury, and your goals. We can create a complete program or step in alongside an existing care team. No pressure, we’re here to serve you.
